Public profiles: your founder page, startup page, and track record

July 19, 2026 · by the Venet team

Venet is private inside — but every member gets public pages they control, built for sharing on social media, in pitch emails, and on Google.

Your member page (/u/your-name)

Every member with a complete profile gets a personal page at venet.bluethenics.com/u/your-name:

  • Photo, name, title, location, and bio
  • Skills and your "who I want to meet" ask
  • Your startup, linked to its own page
  • Custom sections you write yourself
  • Track record stats (see below)

The page works for signed-out visitors, is search-engine friendly, and carries proper social preview cards when shared.

Your startup page (/s/your-startup)

Publishing through Go Public creates a startup page with your logo, pitch, team roster (synced automatically from your real Venet team), custom content blocks, and a raising badge when you have an open round.

The track record strip

Your public page can show a live snapshot of how you actually operate:

  • Connections made in the network
  • Deal rooms participated in
  • Meetings held
  • Events attended
  • Investments made in other founders
  • Your current raise, when one is open

The numbers update from your Settings page, and only stats with real values appear. It's proof-of-work for founders: not what you claim, but what you do.

Privacy controls

  • Public pages are opt-in — going private removes the page entirely
  • Only safe fields ever appear: no email, no deck, no conversations, no plan details
  • Your slug is stable — links keep working even if you change your display name

Where to use these pages

  1. Your Twitter/X and LinkedIn bio link
  2. Email signatures and pitch decks
  3. The share action on your community wins — every share links back to your page
