Venet has a built-in wallet and a Pro tier. This guide covers what each does and how they fit together.
The wallet
Your Wallet page holds a balance you can top up by card. It's used for payments inside the Venet ecosystem, with every transaction recorded in a visible history.
- Top-ups are processed by our payment provider with card checkout
- Balances are updated only by Venet's servers — no client can alter them, which keeps every ledger entry trustworthy
- Payouts are handled by the team on request, with an issue-reporting flow if anything ever looks off
- Payments are final — always double-check amounts before sending
Venet Pro
Pro is the paid membership tier for members who use Venet as core infrastructure:
- Deal rooms — create structured deal spaces with signatures
- Unlimited DMs — connect beyond the free plan's conversation limit
- Raising badge — flag your open raise across Discover
- Priority support with faster response targets
There's also a Founding member plan for early believers, with lifetime terms.
Billing
Subscriptions are handled through secure card checkout. Cancelling keeps your Pro features until the end of the paid period — no immediate cut-off, no surprise charges. Manage everything from Settings → Billing.
Support
Something not working? The Help page files a support ticket straight to the team. Paid members' tickets are automatically prioritized. You'll get responses by email and in-app.
